Ruby Kines Webster, 83, of Terrell, passed away on September 5, 2010 in Sunnyvale. She was born on October 19, 1926 in Poteau, Oklahoma, the daughter of James Ray and Nellie (Wilkerson) Ragsdale. Ruby worked for Terrell State Hospital before her retiring. She was a member of Restoration Life Church. She was married to R. M. Kines and then to Freddie Webster, both preceded her in death. Also she is preceded by her parents; sister, Katherine Kines; brothers, Roy Banks, Troy Banks and Richard Dale Ragsdale. Left to cherish the memories of her life are her children, Jimmy Lee Kines & wife, Linda of Kemp, Jerry Wayne Kines & wife, Margaret of Elmo, and David Gene Kines & wife, Angela of Terrell; 6 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild; sisters, Wanda Gilliam of Hensley, Arkansas, Bondell Mathis of Tyler, Susan Price & husband, Aubrey of Bailey; brothers, Billy Ray Banks of Carrollton, Charles Ray Banks & wife, Linda of Bonham, and James Ray Ragsdale & wife, Molly of Kemp ; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral Services, under the direction of Goggans Funeral Home, will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday, September 9, 2010 at Goggans Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Kines, Rev. Johnny Ford III and Rev. Sam Pitts, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow the service at Morrow Chapel Cemetery in Ola. Visitation with the family will be from 6:00-8:00 PM on Wednesday at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Howell Lee Kines, David Wayne Kines, Randy Paul Kines, Tim McLeod, Barry McClure, Jr. and Shayne Lee Kines.
