Ora Lynn Adams

Ora Lynn Adams, age 82, of Terrell, passed away September 28th, 2022. Her husband, Claude, and her daughter Shelly were by her side.

Ora Lynn was born in Mesquite on February 27, 1940 to her loving parents, Agnes Rachel Stoy Gallup and Robert Sidney Gallup. She eventually met the love of her life, Claude Adams Jr, whom she married on May 28th, 1955 at Claude's parents house on Virginia St here in Terrell. She and Claude welcomed a daughter, Shelly, whom they loved very much.

Ora Lynn worked as a sheet metal worker to help support her family. She loved doing craft projects to be displayed around the house and she was an amazing cook. Her family and friends never left her house hungry.

She is preceded in death by her father, mother, 3 brothers and 7 sisters all from the Dallas area.

Chapel services will be held at Goggans Funeral Home on Monday October 3rd, 2022 at 2pm. Graveside to follow at Quinlan Cemetery.
