Latwee Halliburton, 56, of Terrell passed away on Friday, May 19, 2017 in Terrell. She was born on July 7, 1960 and the Staff of Terrell State Hospital have become her family and will dearly miss her. Her visitation will be held Friday, May 26, 2017 in the Chapel of Terrell State Hospital from 1:30 to 3:30 PM followed by a graveside service, with Chaplain David Stine officiating, in the Wildwood Cemetery.
