Lamont Thomas

Lamont Wayne Thomas, 61 of Terrell, passed away August 29, 2010. He was born on October 12, 1948 in Terrell, the son of Ben Edward and Flora Alice (Flatt) Thomas. He was preceded in his death by his parents and two brothers, Smon and Connie Thomas. Mr. Thomas is survived by two sisters, Erma Austin of Terrell and Wyvone Jayno of Antlers, OK; one brother, Zon Thomas of Lake Tawakoni; two daughters, Kathy and Tisha Thomas; four sons, Benjamin, Monty, Chad, and Jeremy Thomas; and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family members plus one dear friend, John Womble of Terrell. His memorial service will be Saturday, September 4, 2010 at 10:00 am at Camp Ground Cemetery in Poetry, Texas. Arrangements made through Goggans Funeral Home in Terrell.
