Kay Lynn Wood

Kay Lynn Wood was born on April 18, 1958 in Joplin, MO. to Kenneth and Barbara Creason Pearson and passed away on July 28, 2022 peacefully at her home. There will be a Memorial Service at Goggans Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 at 2:00 P.M.

Kay was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who loved to sew, cook, and read.

Kay is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Lanny, children, Wendy, David, and Stormey Wood, and nephew Bradley Wood.

Kay is survived by her grandchildren, Destiney and Abigail Wood of Forney, sister-in-law, Saundra Wood of Canton, nephews, Bill Wood of Canton, Brandy Wood and Fabian Wood of Dallas, TX., and her cousin, Linda Hair of Tennessee, along with many family friends.

Arrangements are under the direction of Goggans Funeral Home.
