James Docken

James David Docken, 74 of Kaufman, Texas formerly of Rancho Mirage, California passed away Sunday, August 27, 2017 at his home surrounded by loved ones. James was born on November 3, 1942 in San Diego, California to James Lloyd & Gertrude Walters Docken. He was preceded in death by both parents, his sisters, June Davis, Shirley Azevedo, and Gretchen Seling and brother Warren. James is survived by his wife, Susan West Docken, two wonderful four legged dogs, Hope & Buster. One daughter, Carrie Wooten-Norris, and two sons, David Lloyd Docken West & Brett Docken. Brother, Don Docken & wife, Kathy of Florida. Granddaughters, Blair Lamb, Brittany Norris and Ali LeGrand, grandsons, Cade West & Dae Docken. Three great granddaughters Maci Mae, Kalli Leann, & Raylei Lynn {who brought him so much joy & laughter}. Two great grandsons, J'Ahni Amor & Kyler James {who James was looking forward to his upcoming birth in September}.

The family is planning a celebration of his life where all family & friends can share their love & wonderful memories. Date & time will be furnished at a later date
