Hermelinda Martinez

Funeral service for Hermelinda Martinez, age 66, of Terrell, TX will be held at 12:00P.M. on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at Goggans Funeral Home. Graveside will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Rowlett. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00P.M. on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at Goggans Funeral Chapel. Mrs. Martinez passed away on July 30, 2021.

Hermelinda was born on January 15, 1955 in La Piedad, Mexico to Jose Arellano and Josefina Bravo. She married Roberto Martinez on October 3, 1975 in Nuevo Laredo. Hermelinda was the most selfless, loving, hardworking, wife/mother/grandmother. She loved everyone unconditionally and she will truly be missed.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, Roberto Martinez; childen, Eduardo, Javier, Belinda, Roberto JR, Martinez; grandchildren, Destiny Espinosa, Nadia, Joshua, Carlos, Max, Ruby, Nicholas, Valeria, Martinez; siblings, Maria Arellano, Gloria Guerrero, Patricia Olmos, Jose Luis Arellano, Juan Antonio Arellano, Veronica Gomez, Roberto Arellano, Arturo Arellano; daughter in law, Angela, Veronica, Daniela, Martinez; son in law, Jorge Hernandez.

Hermelinda was preceded in death by her mother, Josefina Bravo de Arellano; father, Jose Arellano; and brother, Martin Arellano.
