George Tyson

George Willie "Buck" Tyson, 76 passed away on Friday, February 28, 2014 in Terrell, Texas. Buck was born to George H. W. Tyson and Hattie Mae Tyson on July 26, 1937 in Bailey County Texas. Buck is preceded in death by his parents, George and Hattie Tyson; son, Wayne Tyson; sister, Wyvonna Price. Those left to celebrate his life include sons, John L. "Lanny" Tyson, Glenn E. Tyson and his wife Debra; grandchildren, Jeremy Tyson, David Tyson, Gregory Tyson, Ashley Tyson and Jamie Tyson; three great-grandchildren; brother Troy Tyson and his wife Juanice; sisters, Mary Durham and Jeannie Williams, and numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family, friends and neighbors. Due to the weather, the gathering of family and friends has been changed to Tuesday, March 4, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Goggans Funeral Home. A public visitation will be held on Friday, March 7, from 10:00 to 12:00 at Ellis Funeral Home, 218 E Washington, Morton, Texas with a graveside service to follow at 1:00 in Morton Memorial Cemetery.
