Erik Wheat

Erik Anthony Wheat, 30, of Mesquite passed away in Dallas on Thursday, March 22, 2018. He was born on January 29, 1988 in Dallas the son of Alfred Glenn Wheat and Monica Lynn Thomas. He married Candace Long in Las Vegas on March 14, 2015.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Candace Wheat; mother, Monica Thomas; brothers, Zack Wheat and Skyler Wheat; nieces, Sonny, Parker, Palmer, and Elaina; nephew, Whitlen; and his dog, WoWo; and numerous other family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 25, 2018 at Keystone Church, 1575 Clay Mathis Road in Mesquite.
