Eddie Stephens

Eddie Velton "Bud" Stephens, 76, passed away Friday, May 19, 2017 in Terrell. He was born July 9, 1940 in Kilburn, Louisiana, the son of E.J. and Naoma (Johnson) Stephens. Eddie married Bonnie Peters on November 25, 1961 in Garland, Texas. He worked as a machinist at Special Products in Rockwall and retired there.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Bonnie Stephens; son, Tim Stephens and wife Kathy of Emory, Texas; Grandchildren, Jesseca Williams and Krisiti Kruezer; 5 Great-Grandchildren; brothers, Delbert Stephens, Ardth Stephens both of Terrell; sister, Anneice Luellen of Terrell.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 6 brothers and 3 sisters.

Visitation will be Monday, May 22, 2017, 6-8 pm at Goggans Funeral Home Chapel, Terrell. Funeral will be held Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 10:00 am at Goggans Funeral Home Chapel, Terrell, with Rev. Jerry Smallwood. With internment to follow at College Mound Cemetery, Terrell.
