Dalinda Penny

Dalinda Penny, 61, died Jan 27, 2021 at her home in Terrell, TX surrounded by family and friends. Dalinda was born in Denison, TX on July 23, 1959 to Marion Owens and Mary Lou Espinosa. She was a 1977 graduate from Bryan Adams High School in Dallas, TX. She married David Penny on Oct 25, 1986. They lived in Mesquite, TX until moving to Terrell, TX in 1999. In her earlier years, she worked in banking and then as a beautician. Later, she attended El Centro College where she received her degree in professional Nursing. For 30 years, she worked in various health care areas providing patient care. She was a member of Terrell First Assembly Church. Her interests included family, gardening, and browsing through estate sells and flea markets.

Dalinda was preceded in death by her father Marion and father-in-law, Milton R. Penny.

She is survived by her husband, David; mother, Mary; brother, Marcus Owens; sister, Juella Waller and husband Frank; mother-in-law, Opal Penny; sister-in-law, Pamela Coker and husband Joe; nephew Ethan Waller; nieces, Faith Waller, Mary Johnson and husband Zachary, and Sara Chatman and husband Jake; and aunt, Debbie Daniels and husband Rick; best friend Debbie Minor; along with numerous friends and family.
