Charles Biggins

Charles Edward Biggins, 84 of Quinlan Texas, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 at his home surrounded by his family. Charles was born February 3, 1930 to John and Mary Biggins in Willow Springs, Missouri. Charles would serve his country with honor and distinction in the United States Navy for just over twenty years. He would work in the medical field as a service technician for over thirty years retiring in 1999. Charles would meet and later marry Gertrude Chaptalian. Charles is preceded in death by his parents, John and Mary Biggins and his brother, Jim Beck. Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Gertrude Biggins; son Charles Biggins, Jr. and his wife Sheila; granddaughters, Andrea Biggins and Ashley Biggins. A celebration of Charles' life will be held on Friday, January 9, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Charles will laid to rest at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery at a later date.
