Bill Hembree

Bill Hembree, of Terrell, passed away August 15, 2013 at his home. Mr. Hembree was born on October 9, 1929 in Quinlan, the son of George and Irene (Allgood) Hembree. He married Reba Ann Turner on May 28, 1955 in Greenville. Bill was a farmer all his life loving the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and working with his cattle. Bill is predeceased by his wife Reba Ann; his parents, George and Irene; brother, Aubrey Hembree; two sisters, Edith Tapp and Maxine Williams. The family members who are celebrating Bills life are as follows: his daughter, Billie Rudd and her husband Wes of Lewisville; two grandsons, Ethan and Rob Rudd; one granddaughter, Kelley Rudd; one sister, Cordie Tapp; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, August 17,2013 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Goggans Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at the IOOF Cemetery in Quinlan at 12:30 p.m. on the same day.
